                                              VETERANS

My brother was a wounded Marine, 100% disabled, Vietnam veteran.  . . .   From his long recovery and story, I learned many things that I wish I hadn't had to know.

Number 1 is that each and every single one of our veterans is a HERO! They have seen and gone through things we can never imagine. And they did it because they love our country and love us. Our debt to them is more than we can ever repay.

Many wounded vets need additional support, equipment, supplies, house rennovations, etc that aren't all paid for by the VA. Some may never be able to work. Others may need constant and never-ending care, yet the family wants them at home. My brother couldn't wait to get out of the VA hospital. He didn't even mind moving back home. Mom, Dad & little sister didn't look near so bad after a year in various hospitals.

If you know a wounded or disabled veteran or a family who survives a fallen hero, then get them to consider enrolling in GDI. Once they do, then their family and friends can join under them. Just a few friends and relatives who sign up a few more friends and so on can make a huge difference in their lives. Help build them a residual, helping hand of support.

Let's give something back to our veterans.
